Nicolas B. de Grenus has been Managing Partner at Value Builders Group since 2016, is responsible for the further development of various areas of expertise in the Canton of Zurich as well as in the Espace Mittelland.
After his training as a banker, he obtained today’s DAS in Banking from the Swiss Finance Institute and is a graduate of the Swiss Courses for Corporate Management (SKU 89).
For more than 20 years, he worked for Swiss major and universal banks as a senior consultant for private and corporate clients and as a leader in various management functions.
With regard to his HR consulting activities, he has undergone targeted further training in the areas of personnel selection and development, coaching and management consulting and is a graduate of the MAS in Leadership and Change Management at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.
Before joining Value Builders Group, Nicolas B. de Grenus gained valuable professional experience in executive coaching, new- and outplacement as well as in the search and recruitment of executives and specialists at a national executive search firm during several years. As a partner of Value Builders Group, he supports and advises his clients and customers through his extensive education, many years of professional and leadership experience and his broad knowledge. He has a very broad network and profound market knowledge in all sectors of the economy including public corporations.
Nicolas B. de Grenus grew up bilingual in German and French in the city of Bern and speaks English very well. He lives in Erlinsbach (AG), is married and father of two adult daughters and one adult son. In his free time, he regularly plays sports with his partner, especially skiing as well as golf and tennis. As a host, he likes to spoil his guests with his cooking skills and enjoys a good drop of wine to go with it.
